What we collect and why.

FollowThrough is an interactive concept. The demo and the waitlist handle different information, and this page explains both.

Interactive demo

Commitments and replies entered in the demo stay in the browser session. They are not sent as SMS, added to the waitlist, or stored by FollowThrough.

Waitlist email

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, when you joined, and which signup form you used. We use it to measure interest and send occasional FollowThrough updates. To throttle abusive signups, we also store a pseudonymous fingerprint derived from the network address in hourly buckets. Expired buckets are removed as later signup requests arrive; the raw address is not stored in your waitlist record.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell waitlist information. It is stored with the service providers that run this site and is kept only while the waitlist and related product updates remain active, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
